Amazon Polly is the text to speech service on AWS, converting text into lifelike speech. Its 113 voices here span 4 engines: standard and neural, a generative engine built with generative AI techniques, and long-form voices designed for longer content like articles and training material. Every voice has a playable sample.
Speakshelf is independent and not affiliated with Google, Amazon or the Kokoro project. Voice data and audio come from the AI TTS Microservice, a service that unifies Google, Amazon, Azure and other speech providers behind a single endpoint. Samples stream on demand, so listening is free.
